Please be assured, individual property information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone. Occupancy data is only provided in a collective format and no single property’s data is identifiable.

To maintain your listing on NovaScotia.com, this form must be submitted within seven days after the end of each month. All fields, with the exception of those marked "if applicable", and "Other Information" are required. If the answer to any of the questions is zero please enter "0", it cannot be left blank. Closed Status
If applicable, please indicate.
This is the number of rentable units your property had available during the month. Typically, it is the number of units you are licensed to operate. However, if part of an establishment is closed, then these units should not be included as available during this period. (A unit is normally one room. However, a cottage or suite containing two bedrooms or more is considered one rentable unit.)
Totals
* Total unit nights sold = count on a daily basis the number of units sold in your establishment and sum at the end of the month.
* Total number of guest nights = count on a daily basis the number of guests in each unit sold and sum at the end of the month.
** Total number of guest nights will never be less than Total Number of Nights Sold.
* Total should only be zero if you were closed for this month and unable to accept guests.
