We are delighted to share that Tourism Nova Scotia’s World-class Experience EXCELLerator Program has been selected as a finalist for the Tourism Innovation Award at this year’s Canadian Tourism Awards.
The Canadian Tourism Awards are presented annually by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) to recognize success, leadership and innovation in Canada's tourism industry, and to reward those people, places, organizations and events that have gone above and beyond to offer travellers superior tourism experiences in Canada.
Specifically, the Tourism Innovation Award recognizes the tourism business or organization that develops the most innovative new tourism product, service or process, or the most innovative new approach to an existing tourism product, service or process that positively impacts the tourism business or the tourism industry as a whole.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the many tourism operators, businesses, and organizations that have worked in partnership with us to make the World-class Experience EXCELLerator Program a success. To date, we’ve worked with 38 partners to create dozens of exciting new travel experiences that inspire travellers to book a vacation in Nova Scotia.
The awards will be announced at the annual Tourism Congress, taking place on November 20, 2019 in Ottawa, ON.
