ACAT: Annual UK Media Event

The Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism (ACAT) Program Manager, Kelley Keefe and tourism representatives from the region were in-market February 3–7 for the annual ACAT UK media events in Bristol, Dublin and London.

The Atlantic Canada team met with a total of 37 media guests to promote the four provinces of Atlantic Canada. While in-market, the team also conducted trade training and awareness activities with key tour operator sales staff. One of those trade partners, Trailfinders, recently voted Atlantic Canada as one of their top 10 destinations to visit in 2025.

Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism (ACAT), is a nine-member pan-Atlantic initiative comprised of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, the four Atlantic Canada Tourism Industry Associations, and the four Provincial Departments responsible for tourism.
