Nova Scotia’s international connectivity continues to grow. Air Canada has announced new non-stop seasonal service between Halifax Stanfield and Brussels, creating another direct link between our province and Europe.

Launching June 18, 2026, the route will operate three times a week and connect travellers to a major European hub with strong onward links across the continent and beyond. For Nova Scotia’s tourism sector, this new service offers valuable opportunities to reach additional markets and welcome visitors with more convenient travel options.

This connection complements Air Canada’s existing year-round service to London Heathrow and further strengthens Halifax’s role as Atlantic Canada’s gateway to the world.
