This two-day, in-person workshop is part of a broader training pathway that combines inspiration, practical tools, and real-world application—grounded in the realities of rural communities and focused on what is realistic, sustainable, and worth pursuing.
Participants will also benefit from the expertise of Tourism Nova Scotia’s Experience Development Manager, Jessica Spooner and Advisor, Emily Hiltz, who will present a one-hour workshop focused on: "Knowing Your Best Visitor" sharing insights on traveller markets in all seasons and aligning your business with tourism opportunities for growth.
Throughout the workshop and training series, TNS team members will support conversations around experience development, visitor demand, and creating authentic, market-ready packages that connect visitors with Nova Scotia’s people and places.
