As part of the provincial government's Building Our Budget Together initiative, Nova Scotians are invited to help shape priorities for the upcoming budget through a series of public engagement opportunities.
There are several ways for individual Nova Scotians to have their voices heard:
- Register for an in-person or virtual session at https://yourbudget.novascotia.ca (Accessibility information is included in the registration.)
- Complete the Build Your Budget online resource at https://yourbudget.novascotia.ca/take-part

The in-person sessions will take place in the following locations:
Monday, September 21, 6:30 p.m. – Dr. Carson & Marion Murray Community Centre, Springhill
Thursday, September 24, 6:30 p.m. – Louis Millett Community Complex, New Minas
Monday September 28, 6:30 p.m. – Rodd Grand Hotel, Yarmouth
Thursday, October 1, 6:30 p.m. – Centre 200, Sydney
Monday, October 5, 7:00 p.m. – Halifax Forum, Halifax
Thursday, October 8 , 7:00 p.m. – Eastern Shore Community Centre, Musquodoboit Harbour
Three virtual sessions will also take place on the following dates:
