The Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia (TIANS) and Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council (NSTHRC) are offering an Inclusive Workplace Culture Workshop with support from Tourism Nova Scotia.

Lead With Confidence. Build a Culture of Belonging.

This two day workshop offers a safe, supportive environment for leaders to explore:

•    How systemic and institutional racism shows up in workplaces
•    The impacts of racism on individuals and teams
•    Skills and tools for fostering anti racist leadership practices
•    Strategies to create more equitable workplace cultures
