With more than 800 delegates in attendance, organizers described this year's summit as the largest ATWS to date and the first time the event had returned to North America in 10 years.

Tourism Nova Scotia partnered with Explore New Brunswick and Bay of Fundy Adventures to promote the unique adventure experiences available on both sides of the Bay of Fundy. Together, the partners highlighted the region's diverse outdoor activities, coastal landscapes, and immersive experiences that appeal to adventure travellers from around the world.

The team also participated in the ATWS marketplace, holding face-to-face meetings with travel trade partners to showcase Nova Scotia's adventure tourism experiences and explore opportunities to grow visitation from key markets.

Participation in international trade events such as ATWS helps raise Nova Scotia's profile among travel sellers and media while strengthening relationships that can lead to future travel itineraries, partnerships, and visitor growth.
