Taste of Nova Scotia has launched a new culinary trail in partnership with Dairy Farmers of Nova Scotia: The Nova Scotia Cheese Trail.

The Nova Scotia Cheese Trail celebrates the province’s growing cheesemaking industry by raising awareness, showcasing talented makers, and inspiring consumers to explore local cheese. In its inaugural year, the trail highlights seven cheesemakers and 14 trail stops across the province. At each stop, visitors can sample locally made cheeses, meet the makers, and experience the cheesemaking process firsthand (in some locations).
