The session is designed as foundational Responsible AI training for people across tourism and hospitality. It focuses on the everyday choices each person makes when AI becomes part of the work: what information they provide, what they trust, what they verify and which decisions should remain human.
The webinar will include a practical distinction between:
- AI policy, which establishes an organization’s formal expectations, approved tools, boundaries and responsibilities
- Everyday guardrails, which help people make responsible decisions in the moment
Participants will leave with practical habits and questions they can use immediately, along with a clearer understanding of what an organization’s AI policy or guidance should help answer.
Date: Tuesday, November 17, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Atlantic Time

The session will not develop a policy for each organization, since that requires a more focused process and will vary by business. Instead, it provides the human foundation that helps policies and guidance work in practice. Policies establish expectations, but people still need the judgment and habits to apply them in everyday situations.
