The Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia (TIANS) and Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council (NSTHRC) are offering a Workplace Harassment Prevention Training Webinar with support from Tourism Nova Scotia.

Build Awareness. Strengthen Culture. Support Your Team.

This interactive 90‑minute online session, led by Ann Divine, CEO of Ashanti Leadership and Professional Development Services, will help participants:

Build understanding of workplace harassment and its impacts
Develop skills to recognize, prevent, and effectively respond to harassment
Strengthen practices that support respect, inclusion, and psychological safety
