Yarmouth and Acadian Shores Tourism Association and Ignite Labs have teamed up for an event to help spark new tourism businesses in Nova Scotia.
The Ignite Tourism Startup Weekend is an opportunity to make connections, get advice and develop and pitch your tourism product ideas.
The event will include several guest speakers, including a representative from Tourism Nova Scotia’s experience development team who will share market research, and information about experiences that appeal to Nova Scotia’s target travellers. You will also have the chance to pitch your tourism business idea to a panel of judges and win a cash prize to fund your business goals. The winning business will also receive a one-on-one mentoring session with members of Tourism Nova Scotia’s marketing and sector development teams.
