The EXCELLerator program is an opportunity to collaborate with TNS to create a new visitor experience that will help attract more visitors to your business. We’re focused on developing uniquely Nova Scotian experiences that authentically connect visitors with our culture, heritage, and coastal landscapes, in a way that generates buzz and helps Nova Scotia stand out as a vacation destination.
EXCELLerator Program video and photos have been used extensively by regional marketing organizations, Destination Canada, and in international media partnerships. EXCELLerator experiences have been featured in CNN, The New Yorker, National Geographic, Outside Magazine, Travel + Leisure, the Boston Globe, the Globe and Mail, The Guardian (UK) and many other outlets.

Since 2016, the program has brought 26 new tourism experiences to market in partnership with over 65 businesses. Program partners are currently developing nine more experiences that are scheduled to launch in 2020. The program received the Tourism Innovation Award at this year's Canadian Tourism Awards, presented by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada.

Before applying, be sure to review the experiences developed through the program in in previous years. Applications received in 2020 must differ significantly from concepts developed previously.
