Children and young adults can enjoy free or reduced admission this summer to all provincial museums and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia as part of the Canada Strong Pass.
This summer, from June 20 to September 2, 2025, visitors can enjoy free or discounted admission to some of the country’s most iconic places. The Canada Strong Pass lets visitors explore the richness of the country!
The federal initiative includes free or reduced youth admission to national galleries and museums, such as the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 in Halifax, as well as free admission for all ages to Parks Canada’s national parks and historic sites.
In Nova Scotia, the province is supporting the program through participation at provincial sites. Children aged 17 and under will receive free admission to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and all 28 sites of the Nova Scotia Museum. People aged 18 to 24 will receive 50 per cent off admission fees. Young people only need to visit participating sites to receive the benefits.
