A few weeks ago, we announced that a new online tool will soon be available to help you manage your listings on novascotia.com and the digital travel guide. We had to pause updates to listings while we moved existing business listings into the new database. We are happy to report that we are now able to make updates and create new listings once again.

If you need to update information on a published listing or would like to create a new business or event listing on NovaScotia.com, please email tnsportal@novascotia.ca and staff will assist you as quickly as possible. 

When the Tourism Nova Scotia Portal is live, we will gradually begin contacting tourism operators with existing listings to help them create accounts so they can start managing their listings and submitting accommodation occupancy reports with this new tool. As we transition to this new system, we will continue to accept listing updates through email and mail, and occupancy reports through mail and the web form on the corporate website.
