Program Overview

To be competitive, a tourism business needs a strong website that makes it easy for people to find out what they offer and make a purchase.

Develop a new mobile-friendly website and learn the skills to create and maintain effective web content.

Selected participants will:

  • Work with website developers from Boostflow during a two-day workshop to create a new website on the Wix platform
  • Receive training on creating effective website content, search engine optimization, website analytics, and more
  • Receive follow up support through virtual one-on-one meetings

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Create a new website or migrate content and domain from an underperforming website to the Wix platform. Priority will be given to small and medium sized tourism businesses whose primary focus is attracting and servicing visitors.

The next virtual Website Bootcamp Program workshop will occur on May 4 & 5, 2021. To participate, apply online on Digital Nova Scotia's website before Monday, April 12, at 4:00 p.m.
