Over the past five years, Develop Nova Scotia has invested more than $11M in the Lunenburg waterfront—including the renovation to the Zwicker & Co. Warehouse, which was identified as an anchor asset in the Lunenburg Waterfront Master Plan developed in collaboration with the community. With its prime location on the thriving waterfront and the historical elements of Zwicker & Co., it is a prominent building for the UNESCO World Heritage site. Now, it is ready to open its doors to new potential.
The Zwicker & Co. Warehouse provides a unique opportunity for leasing businesses to access the heart of the Lunenburg waterfront, with the open-concept first floor, mezzanine, and patio offering space for one or more storefront businesses just off the busy waterfront boardwalk. With three floors each offering up more than 2,000 square-footage of usable space suitable for multiple businesses across various industries, the building is primed to become a pillar of Lunenburg’s community and economy as it was for nearly 200 years.
Develop Nova Scotia is seeking potential tenants that share the desire to enhance and contribute to the future of the Lunenburg waterfront. The minimum lease term for interested businesses is five years, with an option to renew the business term for a further five years.
