The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) invites applications to the WIL Digital student wage subsidy program. The program, funded by the Government of Canada’s Student Work Placement Program, helps employers grow their business by hiring skilled post-secondary students to help them adopt digital technologies and enhance their online presence.
WIL Digital provides 75% of the student’s salary, up to $7,500 for each eligible student.
Businesses can hire students from full-time four-month work terms to part-time positions of a few hours a week at any time throughout the year. Students can be hired for any role relevant to the digital economy including digital marketing and social media promotion, payroll processing, and research.
