Join four leaders from Atlantic Canada based receptive tour operators (RTO) as they discuss the role and value of the RTO in the travel trade network. The session will also include a discussion on the sector rebounding in the short and longer term.

Travel trade refers to the network of buyers and sellers of travel products and services, including tour operators, travel agents, and online travel agencies. RTOs are usually locally-based and provide tourism products and services to national and international tour operators or groups.

The panelists will share how they have changed and adapted and how are they moving forward. You will learn how to work with RTOs and the value of the supplier/RTO relationship through best practices and specific examples.
