“Reimagining the Tourism & Hospitality Workforce” is an opportunity to present research relative to the challenges, opportunities and solutions to reimagine the tourism and hospitality workforce over the short, medium and long-term. The staffing challenges in the tourism and hospitality industry are not new but have certainly been brought to the spotlight during the COVID-19 pandemic.
