Social Media Management Program
Participants in the program benefit from:
- An audit of your social media channels by a qualified social media consultant
- One-on-one meetings with your consultant to set goals, develop an action plan and implement your strategy
- Training on social media content development, planning and strategy
How to Participate
Selected businesses will be paired with a qualified social media consultant who will audit your social media channels and work with you to take immediate action to improve your social media presence. You’ll participate in courses with other tourism businesses where you’ll develop your social media management skills so you can effectively maintain your channels.
Priority will be given to small and medium sized tourism businesses whose primary focus is attracting and servicing visitors.

Applications for Social Media Management will be submitted through DigiPort and applicants will receive communication and appointment/training schedules through their DigiPort account.
