To get customers’ attention, you need to go where they spend time online and give them content that is useful and appealing. You know most people are spending their time on social media. You’ve set up your accounts, you’re posting updates, now how do you use your social media presence to encourage customers to support your business and make a purchase?
The Social Media Management Program will help tourism businesses create and implement an action plan to enhance your social media channels and build your digital marketing skills so you can keep the momentum going.
Delivered in partnership with Digital Nova Scotia, the Social Media Management Program offers:
- An audit of your social media channels by a qualified social media consultant
- One-on-one meetings with your consultant to set goals, develop an action plan and implement your strategy
- Training on social media content development, planning and strategy
See the program guidelines for details and eligibility criteria.
