Compelling Tourism Communities Initiative Helping to Grow Tourism in all Regions

Tourism Nova Scotia completed its second year of the Compelling Tourism Communities (CTC) Initiative. This program supports local leaders grow tourism in their communities by identifying and promoting top tourism attractions through destination development, visitor services, advertising, marketing and digital adoption.

From April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, we supported over 130 partners and over 60 communities across the province. We are excited to share regional reports highlighting the results achieved:

Northumberland Shore
South Shore
Yarmouth & Acadian Shores

Initiatives for 2024-25 are now underway and we look forward to continuing to build on these successful programs.
