Thank you to all operators who have contacted us to update their NovaScotia.com business listings with an e-mail, photos and a TripAdvisor link. We appreciate your patience as we work through the large volume of messages and e-mails. We will be responding to all inquiries as soon as possible.
Some operators have requested assistance with submitting the required information. Please be assured that your business listing will remain active if you have contacted us for help or notified us that your request for a TripAdvisor listing is being processed.
The following information is required by January 31, 2019. Please follow these directions to submit the information:
1) E-mail address: Please let us know the email address you want to appear in your business listing so visitors can contact you. The address can be sent to novascotia@novascotia.ca.
2) Photo: Send at least one photo of your business or experience to novascotia.com@gmail.com. Photos must be jpg file format.
3) TripAdvisor: Please send the link to your TripAdvisor page to novascotia@novascotia.ca.
It is possible that your business is already listed on TripAdvisor because a customer posted a review. Search for your business at www.tripadvisor.ca/owners. If you are already listed on TripAdvisor, your business name will appear in the drop-down list. Click on your business name to go to your TripAdvisor listing and send us the link to the page. We encourage you to select the option to claim your listing so you can manage your page. If your business is not listed, TripAdvisor will give you the option to create a new listing.
It can take a few days for TripAdvisor to process your request for a new listing. If you have submitted a request for a new listing but not heard back by January 31, please send us an email at novascotia@novascotia.ca to let us know.
